In this article I’m going to discuss an initiative I’ve seen work time and again, defining a team’s services. A service offering deck brings alignment and understanding within a team, but also creates a great way to showcase to other teams what you deliver to the organization, what value the team brings.

In the modern workplace, we are all working from remote locations, on remote projects or opportunities, into remote customers or other teams. With all this distance between colleagues in the same team, other teams they collaborate with and customers, how do you ensure that what your teams are doing is adhering to an identified, agreed, standard process, and that what they are delivering is consistent across the team?

So, working from home! It’s an amazing new opportunity to work from your own home, to work differently, the press loves it! The Government sort of loves it! But misses you buying sandwiches in inner city shops. Its being touted as the new working model going forward, the new norm, the way for companies and employees to collaborate without physical boundaries going forward. But how accurate, or even true, is all of that?

So, why launch a new site, and why use the solutions that I have do it?
