I'm Shaun McCran. I work in Architecture leadership, where I'm a frequent international event speaker. I specialize in building highly effecting teams and implementing delivery assurance and governance. I'm also a massive best practice and Knowledge Management advocate.
So what's this site about?
It's my online notebook. Think of it as thoughts and best practice from me, Shaun McCran on team building, technology, marketing, architecture, leadership and the world in general.
I've been building delivery teams, coaching them through governance processes, designing software and hardware solutions and generally digging around in technology for 20+ years now. I've found that one of the best ways for me to grow, and learn, is to share what I uncover on that journey.
Whenever I unravel a technology puzzle, put together a plan on team building, or best practices on hosting events or teaching a class of developers, I'll write it up here, and share it with the community.
After all, knowledge shared is knowledge enriched with collaboration.
